Video Producer – Marketing

Riverside Pride is more than just a festival. We are a whole calendar of service, promotional and fundraising events that require a team of dedicated volunteers to pull off!

We are looking for a few video producers to join our marketing team and produce video content for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. We are looking for producers with varying skills – between organizational and project management, videography and editing and more. Volunteers should expect to spend 4-6 hours per week on average (flexible during projects or events) and will produce both short form and long form content. Our video team will be assigned to tasks like taking video at events, recording scripted videos, editing, live streaming and more.

Ideal applicants are:

• Minimum experience with camera, sound and filming equipment, at least using smartphones.
• Understand a brand style guide and what it's for.
• Great if you have experience or interest in filming, editing, producing (project management), writing for video, or on-camera work.
• Is comfortable working with deadlines, even though this is a volunteer role.
• Can provide examples of previous work.

IMPORTANT: As with every role all the way to the top at Riverside LGBTQ+ Pride, this is an unpaid volunteer role. While we do need someone to commit to a level of dedication, we are flexible and understand everyone has lives and jobs outside of this organization and understand that an unpaid role is not a job.
