It's almost time and we can’t wait to see you there. Here’s the exhibitor load in and out information that you’ve been waiting for.

If you are not familiar with the Riverside Municipal Auditorium, you can check out the virtual tour. The parking lot is not included in the virtual tour, but you can see it in Google street view.

General Parking Information

There is no onsite parking, but there are street parking all around the venue. Parking is free in the street on Sunday in downtown Riverside.

General Load-in and out Information

  • Door opens to public at 1 PM.
  • Exhibitors may start loading in at 10 AM.
  • Food vendors can load in starting at 11 AM.
  • We recommend showing up between 10-11 AM if you can before it gets busy. You can setup, then go grab a bite and come back to the event before 1 PM.
  • Load-out begins at 9 PM and we must vacate the venue before 11 PM.

Where to Load-in

Due to security concerns, we are requesting everyone to go through the back parking lot for load-in. It will be fenced off and you will be let in only if your name is on the list.

You must submit the names of everyone in your group via this form to be let through the back parking lot.

After 1 PM, anyone not on the list can through the front entrance as well like other attendees.

Due to no parking onsite, the recommended load-in process is either:

  1. Park somewhere close by
  2. Load up your booth items in a wagon or dolly
  3. Walk to the parking lot entrance on Lime Street and proceed through security and check-in
  4. Make additional trips as needed

Or if you have more than one person:

  1. Drive to parking lot entrance on Lime Street
  2. Quickly unload all your items
  3. Have one person take the items to your designated spot, or temporary move the items under the canopy
  4. The other person can go park and then return

Please note that due to the 20×40 canopy in the parking lot, you cannot drive up to the venue via the parking lot. You need to unload on the sidewalk.

If you have a lot of items, it would be very helpful if you bring a wagon or dolly.
