What is Riverside Pride?

The mission of Riverside LGBTQ+ Pride Inc is to inspire, educate, commemorate, celebrate and illuminate our diverse LGBTQIA2+ community Riverside, California and surrounding areas through public service and public events. In addition to an annual celebration of our community, Riverside LGBTQ+ Pride Inc. serves those in need by connecting community members to resources that help them to thrive, educate others through programs that help them to grow, and events that commemorate and illuminate those who need help to shine.

We are a completely volunteer-directed organization, including our Board of Directors. We are a registered Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation with the State of California, and federally registered 501(c)(3) public charity with the IRS. Direct donations are tax deductible.

What is the Pride Festival?

Riverside Pride is excited to host Riverside’s Inland Empire Pride Festival at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium in downtown Riverside on Sunday, September 4, 2022. This event will be a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and allies to come together for celebration, education and community building. We anticipate 1,500-2,000 attendees from all over southern California and beyond. The festival will feature live performances by fabulous drag queens, captivating bands, and other amazing artists. Attendees will also experience an art walk featuring local artists, LGBTQ+ history, and a community art project. Additionally, guests will find 50+ vendors ranging from food trucks, health and wellness, community resources, retail and much more. This memorable event is not to be missed!

How can you participate?

Monetary Sponsorship

Help to cover the costs of hosting the event, such as venue rental, setup, marketing materials, and all other necessary services for festival attendees.

Be an Exhibitor

Reserve a booth space to market your organization, services or products.

Product Sponsorship & Gifts in Kind

Giveaway items such as t-shirts, gift cards and swag bag items are also greatly appreciated.

Attendees  will have a vested interest in advocacy and empowerment of the LGBTQ+ community and participants will gravitate towards sponsors with the same interest. Currently, Riverside Pride has combined Facebook and Instagram reach of over 5,000 accounts, with 50-100% growth month-over-month.. Anticipated attendance for the Pride Festival is at least 1,500 attendees.
