Important:
- Payment via credit card is required to complete this form
- All food and beverage vendors serving in Riverside County must adhere to:
- Riverside County Temporary Food Facility Operator's Guide, and required to fill out the Temporary Food Facility Operator's Agreement Form
- California Fire Code for outdoor events, see reference created by City of Riverside Fire Department
- No alcoholic beverages allowed
- All food & beverage vendors must be ready for fire and health inspections before 11 am
