What's included in my booth/space?
- By default, all booths are 10×10, and on grass.
- Artist table's spaces can vary, but there should be about 8′x6′ of space.
- Booths do not come with canopy, table and chairs unless you have purchased them as an addon.
- Booths do not have electricity.
What can I do with my booth?
You may decorate your booth and display items as you would like, with some restrictions:
- All elements of your booth must stay within the area assigned, walkways and designated gaps between canopies must be clear of items or displays.
- There should be plenty of grass space behind your space that you can use to store things if needed.
- If you place signs in the walkways, we will ask you to remove them.
- No display or shelving can be taller than 8 ft. Fire marshal will come by to inspect in the morning before event opens. It's ultimately up to the fire marshal to decide if your display is a hazard.
Where and when do I load in?

General Info
- Times
- All booths must be ready and aisles cleared before doors open at 12 PM.
- Load-in
- Food vendors: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM (County Health Inspection at 11 AM)
- Non-food vendors and exhibitors: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM
- Parking
- Street parking and city parking lots are free on the weekend.
- There are also paid lots and garages ranging from $10-$20 for the day.
- ParkAtRiverside.com has all the downtown parking info, including a parking map.
- Note that Whitter Pl and Hidalgo are both one-way streets.
- DO NOT park on Hidalgo Pl as that is reserved for our suppliers.
- Entrances
- You can enter via either front-entrance (Market Street), or side entrance (Whitter Pl).
- The front entrance on Market has sidewalk and is much wider and easier to unload and walk-in. It can accommodate about 8-10 cars unloading at once.
- Whittier Pl is very narrow.
- If you unload here, please park as close to the curb as possible.
- AVOID walking on the street, use sidewalk so you do not block traffic.
- It's still possible you can get stuck behind other cars or pedestrians.
- We will have lots of volunteers to help you unload at both entrances, guide you to your spot, and help move items to your spot when possible.
- Park first or unload first then park?
- This is up-to-you.
- While we will try to expedite with unload with our volunteers, traffic jam can still happen.
- If you park elsewhere first, and walk-in with your items, you will avoid any possible traffic jam around White Park. But this is longer walk.
How do I check in?
Your staff and volunteers must know the Exhibitor ID along with your booth assignment that was emailed to you before 5/5. Tell this ID to the person checking you in. This is how we know a person is not a random person pretending to be part of your organization.
If you did not receive this booth number assignment? Please email gro.eiedirpedisrevir@rotibihxe.
Before 11 PM
We will have a check-in person at both Market and Whittier Pl entrances. They will have exhibitor wristbands for you, and help direct you to your spot.
After 11 AM
Your additional staff and volunteers will need to come through attendee registration and security at the front-gate. There will be somebody there specifically for exhibitors. Once wristbanded, they can proceed to your booth directly. If they need assistance locating where your booth is, they can stop by the info booth.
You may also acquire all the wristbands for your group in the morning, and meet your late-arrivals outside of the park to give them the wristbands, so they can skip the registration line.
Is there a limit on how many people I can have at my booth?
No. The event itself is free, so there's no limit on number of people for exhibitors.
Will there be food and drinks?
There will be multiple food and beverage vendors at the festival. We're very excited!
