Here is an overview of the venue. The street event space is fenced in.
Reminders
- Your canopy area is 10×10.
- You must bring your own tables, chairs and canopies.
- There is no power provided.
Load-in Period: 9 AM – 11 AM
Non-food Vendors
- You will receive your booth assignment on or before 9/23.
- You will load-in from the 9th Street side between 9-11 AM.
- One block of street parking (yellow) will be reserved only for active unloading only. You are welcome to stop there for 20 minutes, unload and then park your car elsewhere. We will have some volunteers available to assist in unloading.
- You may also park first, and then walk-in.
- Wagons or dollies are highly recommend.
Food Vendors
- You will drive-in from the University Ave side between 9-11 AM.
- You will park your truck or trailer according to assignment.
- Non-food truck vehicles need to vacate the fenced area before 11 AM. We recommend you to drop off your items and trailers, and move your vehicles as soon as possible.
Parking for the Day
Do not park at the grocery store across the street. There are plenty of other street parking around the venue (green). See map above. Please feel free to park there.
We will also have two blocks of parking area reserved (red). If you would like to park here, please print out this parking badge that you can place on your dashboard. These spots are limited, first come first serve.
Ready for event: 11:30 AM
Event opens: 12 PM
This is a ticketed-event (free with RSVP, $10 at the door). At 12 PM, we will begin checking for tickets. If you have folks arriving later in the day, please let registration know the name of your organization, and the name of primary contact on file.
Twilight: 6-8pm
- The sun sets at approximately 7pm on September 28th.
- There are bright street lights along Brockton Ave.
- We recommend bringing battery powered lights for your booth for twilight hours between 6pm-8pm. Make it Festive! 🎉
Load-out: 8 PM
- You cannot load out before 8 PM.
- We all know it can be tiring at the end of the day, but we've all seen it, one booth packs up early and others follow suit. We ask that you stick around so that everyone can still enjoy the event until it closes, and remember, the main show ends at about 7:30 so there will be a flood of people coming by your booth to exit!
