It is organized by a third party\, and we are boosting the signal. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRaise the “woof” because Walk with the Animals presented by DCH Subaru of Riverside is back for 2024! \n\n\n\nOver the last three decades\, Walk with the Animals has served as the Pet Adoption Center’s most important fundraising event. This year we will be back at the beautiful Fairmount Park on Saturday\, April 27\, 2024. We invite you not only to join us for the walk around the Park\, but for activities including a pancake breakfast\, Pop-Up Dog Park\, vendor village\, pet contests\, kids zone\, and so much more! \n\n\n\nRegister today and be part of the only pet walk in Riverside! DESCRIPTION:This is a partner event that Riverside LGBTQ+ Pride will be attending. \n\n\n\nThe 3rd Annual Juneteenth Celebration hosted by The Black Collective and Iota Phi Theta -Theta Gamma Chapter. \n\n\n\nPlease come join us for a day full of festivities that include notable African American speaking\, and African Marketplace\, Foodie Area \,Kids Zone and More. \n\n\n\nJuneteenth is a significant day in American history\, marking the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in the United States. In Riverside\, California\, Juneteenth is typically held to commemorate this important occasion. \n\n\n\nAt the event\, there are live musical performances\, spoken word poetry\, and other forms of artistic expression celebrating the African American experience. There also will be educational workshops\, panel discussions\, and other programming that explore the history and significance of Juneteenth and its continued relevance today. \n\n\n\nIn addition to the cultural and educational programming\, there will be vendors selling food\, crafts\, and other merchandise. The event offers a chance for the community to come together and celebrate the achievements of African Americans throughout history\, while also reflecting on the work that still needs to be done to achieve true equality and justice for all. \n\n\n\nOverall\, the Juneteenth event in Riverside\, California is a vibrant and uplifting celebration of African American culture and history\, providing an opportunity for people of all backgrounds to come together and honor this important day in American history. \n\n\n\nRiverside LGBTQ+ Pride will have a booth at the festival.
