DESCRIPTION:Planned Parenthood Action Fund of the Pacific Southwest and community partners are asking the Riverside County Board of Education to protect LGBTQ+ students against attacks on their rights by local school boards. Schools should be safe spaces for all students\, regardless of their sexual orientation\, gender identity\, or gender expression. Join the efforts! \n\n\n\nHow to Get Involved:\n\n\n\nAttend the next Riverside County Board of Education meeting on Wednesday\, October 4th and make a public comment. Help us ensure the Board of Education knows we stand with LGBTQ+ students and want safe school environments for all. When attending and commenting\, be sure to clearly state “I live in Riverside County” or “I'm a resident of ______” to  raise your comment above others who are not a part of our community. We've seen almost all of these meetings across the country be taken over by protesters who do not live in the communities the meeting is intended for. Join us for our street clean up every other month! \n\n\n\nRally Spot \n\n\n\nWe will be meeting at VIP Nightclub and Restaurant parking lot.  \n\n\n\nWhat to bring \n\n\n\nTrash bags\, pickers and gloves will be provided. We will also have some water available. Please bring your own water bottles\, sunscreen and hats.
